Rev. Randall Mullins began as Interim Chaplain in October, 2008.
Randall Mullins’ varied career in ministry has included fourteen years in parish ministry in two Seattle UCC churches, three years in Honduras working in rural development and citizen education under the auspices of our national church and serving as Founder and Director of the Center for Contemplation and Nonviolence at Seattle’s Keystone UCC from 1997-2003. Since moving to the Bay Area in 2005 he has worked with his life wife, performance artist Sharon Pavelda, through One Table Gatherings, leading workshops and retreats in area congregations and ministry centers. He is a graduate of Pacific School of Religion and the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation. Randall and Sharon are the parents of two adult children, son Andrew Mullins-Williams, a student at Rhodes College, and stepdaughter Lauren Lukens. They are also proud grandparents to Owen and Olivia.
As Interim Chaplain, Randall will serve the FCCRC community on a part-time basis during the transition to the calling of a new church start pastor and the beginnings of a new congregation within one-two years.
